1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and 800 Business L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone under Licence No. 2647869.01 and trading as TaskRight ("TaskRight", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the TaskRight website, mobile site, or any service we operate (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. About TaskRight

TaskRight is an online matching platform that connects homeowners and residents in the United Arab Emirates ("Consumers") with verified home service providers ("Providers"). We verify every Provider's trade licence, credentials and background before they appear on the Platform. We do not perform the services ourselves, we do not employ the Providers, and we do not process payment for the services.

3. Eligibility

To use TaskRight you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under UAE law. Providers must additionally hold a valid trade licence issued in the UAE and comply with all applicable laws for the services they offer.

4. Our role — we are a matching platform, not a party to your transaction

The services offered through the Platform are provided by independent Providers, not by TaskRight. When a Consumer hires a Provider, a direct contract is formed between the Consumer and the Provider. TaskRight is not a party to that contract. We do not:

• employ, supervise or control Providers;
• guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timeliness or outcome of any service;
• handle payment for the services (Consumers pay Providers directly);
• issue invoices, receipts or warranties for the services.

TaskRight's sole role is (a) to verify Providers before listing them and (b) to match Consumers with suitable Providers. Any dispute relating to a service must be resolved directly between the Consumer and the Provider.

5. Consumer terms

Consumer use of the Platform is free of charge. Consumers may submit job requests, view Provider profiles, and contact Providers via the contact methods shown on the Platform.

By submitting a job request, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you consent to TaskRight sharing those details with the Provider(s) you select and, if you tick the relevant option, with additional verified Providers in the same service category.

TaskRight does not guarantee that any Provider will respond, accept the job, or complete it on any particular timeline. We do not recommend any one Provider over another — match order is generated algorithmically.

6. Service provider terms

Providers who register on the Platform make the following ongoing representations:

• you hold a valid and current UAE trade licence covering the services you offer;
• all staff entering a Consumer's property hold valid visas and are authorised to perform the work;
• you carry appropriate insurance for the services you offer;
• the information, credentials, photographs and reviews you submit are truthful and belong to you;
• you will comply with all applicable UAE laws, including consumer protection, labour, tax, data protection and health and safety regulations;
• you will respond to Consumer enquiries in good faith and deliver agreed services to a professional standard.

Providers may be listed in a primary service category and up to two secondary service categories. Primary-category placement is priced at the full subscription rate for that category; each secondary category is priced at fifty percent (50%) of that category's rate.

7. Subscription billing (providers)

Provider subscriptions are billed in advance on a rolling monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. By starting a subscription you authorise TaskRight (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable subscription amount, plus any applicable VAT, at the start of each billing cycle.

We may offer a free trial period. If offered, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscription pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated at the start of any new billing cycle. If we change the price, you will be notified at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the renewal date; continued use after the renewal date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

If your Provider profile is listed in more than one category, the subscription amount is the sum of (a) your primary-category rate at 100% plus (b) each secondary-category rate at 50%.

8. Cancellation, refunds and termination

Providers may cancel a subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from their TaskRight account, or by emailing partner@taskright.ae. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle; the Provider retains access to Platform features until that date.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered by TaskRight in writing. Full refund details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or terminate a Provider account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe the Provider has breached these Terms, falsified credentials, engaged in fraud, harmed a Consumer, or brought the Platform into disrepute.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Platform you must not:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• impersonate any person or business;
• post reviews, ratings or testimonials that are not genuine and your own;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent our subscription payment;
• scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the Platform other than as needed for normal browsing;
• upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes any third party's rights;
• use the Platform to send unsolicited marketing communications to other users;
• use the Platform in any way that violates UAE law.

10. Content and intellectual property

The TaskRight name, logo, trade marks, Platform software, design, text, graphics, and all other materials (together the "TaskRight IP") are owned by or licensed to 800 Business L.L.C-FZ and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in the TaskRight IP to you.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform (job descriptions, photographs, reviews, Provider profile content). By submitting it you grant TaskRight a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, copy, display, reproduce, modify, translate and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskRight disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and continuous availability. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We verify Provider credentials at the point of listing and on a rolling basis thereafter, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of Provider-submitted content at every moment in time. We do not endorse any specific Provider.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TaskRight, its shareholders, directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to any Consumer arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to AED 500. Our total aggregate liability to any Provider arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the subscription fees paid by that Provider to TaskRight in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskRight and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (c) in the case of Providers, any service you perform for a Consumer introduced through the Platform.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai as applicable. The Meydan Free Zone and Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction under UAE consumer protection law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or in-Platform notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
