What TaskRight is and is not
TaskRight is a matching platform. It verifies service providers and introduces them to consumers. TaskRight:
- does not perform home services itself;
- does not employ the service providers listed on the Platform;
- does not handle payment for the services (consumers pay providers directly);
- is not a party to the contract between a consumer and a provider.
Payment processing
Payment for Provider subscription fees is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a company registered in Ireland and authorised by applicable financial regulators. TaskRight does not collect, store or process full payment card data.
Governing law and jurisdiction
All use of the TaskRight platform, and all contracts formed with TaskRight, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai as applicable. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction under UAE consumer protection law.
