Four hours with one cleaner is four man-hours. Four hours with a team of four is sixteen. Ask two questions on every quote — how many cleaners, and for how many hours — then divide the price by the answer. The cheapest headline is regularly the most expensive per man-hour.

Then get four things confirmed in writing before anyone starts. One, materials: included, or AED 10 an hour on top.
