My Dyson hair dryer stopped working so I reached out via WhatsApp and they put me in touch with a technician. I paid extra for the service to have them pick up and return the dryer so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to karama. They diagnosed the issue and provided a quote same day which was reasonable. It was delivered back to me within 24 hours of collection and a payment link was sent. Very happy with the service and that item could be fixed so quickly
Great service! They replied quickly on WhatsApp and were very friendly when I brought my Samsonite bag in. They tried to replace the lock arm but didn’t have the exact part, so they even called Samsonite on my behalf to check repair timelines. I asked if they could try to fix the broken arms without replacing them, and they did - perfectly! They didn’t even want to take any payment. You rarely find this level of service anymore. Thank you so much!
Never visit this shop for service, they cheat on the price, they agreed to replace dyson dustbin seal for 100 dhs when I went to collect it they said it's done, to my surprise it was repaired when I asked why not replacement they said it would cost 180 to 200 dhs, worst customer experience never trust these guys. For your kind information I have attached whatsapp communication as well, don't try to be smart after doing wrong things. Guys pls be aware, check the reviews first and visit the shop at your own interest.
