I contacted this company to get a very simple custom wooden piece for my desk (a small 55 cm × 55 cm triangle). At first they quoted an extremely high price of 1100 AED for such a small job. After doing my own research, I shared links showing similar wooden boards online being sold for around 30–40 AED and asked how their pricing could be so high. Only after this discussion did they suddenly reduce the price to around 210 AED. Even though the job was later agreed and bank details were shared for payment, they eventually cancelled the order saying that their management does not accept small jobs anymore. Overall the pricing felt arbitrary and inconsistent, and the communication was not reliable. Unfortunately this turned into a very disappointing experience.
