They have good customer service and the plumbers that came to do the work were very friendly and the work was real nice.

The manager Tariq helped me today and he and his team very extremely professional , on time , well equipped and easy to work with. They were truly experts in their job and I over all had a wonderful peaceful experience and will be hiring them again for any future work in my house

Were very responsive to fix an issue with the water heater after a month. Sent several technician very fast who solved the problem Update: after posting this review they suddenly became very proactive and eager to solve my problem provided that I delete the review. Clearly the noise was coming from a cheap part they installed and now they changed it for a better component it is ok. They will work well and fast if you manage to keep the pressure on them and stop them for putting their responsibilities elsewhere. -------------- Used them to replace a water heater. They pretend to know what they are doing but are just taking chances. The new heater is almost too big for the space and miraculously fit in, i could tell they had no clue it would work. Then the heater started to makes noises, had to call them for weeks to have it checked, they don’t answer or come late, and then tell me it is because of the building! Do not expect any accountability from these guys they are above the customer and if you have any issue they will not even pretend to try to fix your issue. Unprofessionalism at its worst.

Interesting experience and a mix of very good to pretty poor. So let’s start with the pros: 1) They turn up on time and react quickly. 2) The electrician was superb and would use him again. 3) Standard of work was good for the most part though one of the taps they fitted ended up leaking a day later and they then tried to charge me for it. The cons: 1) Quite pushy about getting extra work and buying their own equipment (taps etc). I get they have their targets but it was quite full on. 2) If you want to use these guys you need to haggle. I know this is Dubai but when you are in a rush you need transparency on costs it becomes frustrating. Example - the price for part of my work went from 2,800 down to 1,350 and back up to 2,100 AED in the space of 5 hours or so. I am still confused which prompted me to write this. In essence, I got the feeling that if you are a naive customer they would take advantage and that makes me feel uncomfortable. The acid test - Would I use them again? Honestly probably not.
