We are in dubai Marina Marina Quays tower , I my husband found them through another company by (a good) mistake and they managed very professionally to Successfully open Our kitchen main drain pipe that was blocked badly for four weeks. Mr. Adnan and Mr. Wakeel Has great technical skills with extensive experience that could diagnose what is wrong. He did his Top level best To use whatever machines they had to open this Fully blocked drain. He brought six technicians with different view and experience to work together in order to help us otherwise he would have opened the ceiling in our neighbor entrance To do a heavy Job for this blockage. I booked handyman services for 1-2 PM on Friday, which was confirmed by the service provider. By 1:30, I called to check on their whereabouts and was told they’d arrive within 5-15 minutes, meaning they were already 35-50 minutes late. At 1:43, I called the workers directly, and they informed me they were still 35 minutes away. They then refused to come without providing a reason. Additionally, they accused me of being rude and not respecting Friday prayer, despite accepting a booking during that time. I have paid in advance, yet the team was extremely rude throughout. DO NOT USE
