My experience with this maintenance company has been nothing short of terrible. In my personal opinion, this is one of the most unprofessional and unreliable companies in the market. Their lack of commitment is obvious from the very first interaction. The management appears completely disorganized, and the supervisor showed no sense of responsibility, urgency, or basic customer care. Throughout the entire process, I faced delays, poor communication, and a clear lack of competence. It genuinely felt like they had no interest in delivering proper service or meeting even the most basic expectations. Based on my experience, this company stands out as the worst maintenance provider I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

The worst of the worst! Had them fixed door lock ones and the kitchen cabinet. First thing is that we had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to find the right tools and then wait until they fix. It’s 2,3 men show up just to do one small thing. Secondly, now few months later all broken again same door lock and same cabinet. I don’t think men that are hired in this company are qualified to do the job. Money waisted! Timing of their appointments always were late sometimes up to 2,3 hrs! What an earth! Horrible services, never ever! Don’t suggest to anyone! Everything is broken again! Not even fixible at this point! Useless ppl work in this place!

I recently bought a villa where the kitchen geyser was installed by this company. The installation was faulty with the result that the geyser fell down from the celling (its wasn’t latched properly). Luckily, the kitchen cupboard prevented it from falling on the floor or on someone’s head which could’ve been fatal. Had this event happened in a first world country, this company would’ve been sued for various damages. I paid AED 1000 to get it reinstalled (as it was badly stuck) and will have to incur further expenses to get the cupboard fixed. Think twice before giving them any sort of work.

We found Amety Technical Services contact through google. We needed some carpentry and decoration for an event and they sent across Mohammed Kashif for the job with two staff. He did such amazing job in very little span of time. Very humble and down to earth person. They did the work with extreme finishing. The best part is they handle all sort of jobs. Would definitely recommend their services.
