I came across this company online and so happy I did. Gave them a try and honestly punctuality, issue diagnosis, service and professionalism is truly remarkable. Would highly recommend them for any one who wants a reliable and efficient company. In particular their technician Zaryab and Mohammad Anwar were very good and professional. Terrible service and constant excuses This company is completely unreliable. They told me a week ago they were “on the way,” but they never showed up. Every time I message them, they say “tomorrow,” and tomorrow never comes. Because of their delays, when I ask for the supervisor or Manager they never messaged me back or call me back. They just ignored I had to pay for the work permit myself and even got the approval — yet they still haven’t started the job. It’s all talk and no action. Don’t waste your time with a company that keeps making excuses instead of getting the work done.

I have dealt with this company multiple times, and the experience has been consistently awful. On more than 2 occasions, they promised someone would come for maintenance—and every single time, they never showed up. No call, no notice, nothing. This isn’t just bad service; it’s total disrespect for people’s time. It’s clear they have zero reliability and zero accountability. We’re honestly shocked that a company operating this way is still in business. We wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you’re thinking of using them—don’t waste your time.

I made an appointment for the AC duct cleaning after reading the good reviews. Failed to appear at the scheduled time. Messages and phone calls went unanswered. To have this maintenance done, I took time off from work, which ultimately cost me money, time, and stress. It's uncertain if these positive feedback are genuine. Escalated the issue and I was promised to have this resolved. Didn’t hear back from them yet. What a waste of time, money and energy!
