AVOID AT ALL COST! Extremely unprofessional team. I dealt with them for two months, and after several payment problems and mistakes done on their part, today I complained again. Constant issues with payments, extra fees (told to you after paying), delays with the maid arriving, and just generally extremely disorganized. But today, they made an even bigger mistake. As seen in the message, they accidentally sent me a message in Filipino, clearly intended for their other team mates. It translates to: "That's for sure, it's so bad that I'm swallowing his messages, his bookings are a waste" This is how they talk about their customers. Unbelievable!

Glad to have found them. I am alone and always on the go and no time for home stuff. They did deep cleaning, decluttering and organizing. They shared these before and after photos to me which I am over the moon! Exceptional cleaning service. The team was punctual, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend!

I used to ask them for cleaning Sometimes good but many times they failed Yesterday, I gave them a chance to do the cleaning service again. Still the lady they sent did not do the proper job. It was supposed to be a 3 hours cleaning but she did only for 2 hours and 25 mins, well that is ok for me I don’t mind her leaving earlier than expected time but at least she has to do it properly, but she did not, the floor was dirty and sticky, kitchen wall has stains stove has marks it is obviously not clean I was so pissed of as I already did plenty of complaints and their only solution is to give memo to the person, they did not even solve the issue I expect them to come back and redo the mapping and cleaning. It was already happened before that I need to redo the work but I just kept quiet but now I’m so pissed off.

It’s a full shame . We used them service many times . Last time (21.12.2024) ladies from this company stalled sweets prepared for my wife’s friend’s childrens as New Year Eve gift which I brought from my country and they took my wife’s clothes as well . After we find out about it and called to manager , they back next day part of sweets ( boxes was damaged and they putt plasters under it , one box disappeared fully )and all clothes . Manager said that my wife asked them to take out bags prepared as a gift and clothes for cleaning, but they lied. Even I give them tips and lived them along in my apartment many times before . Nobody apologised. Nobody called and described the situation . Be careful with this company, because small thieves work for them . It’s a pity but it’s fact . I can confirmed my words by foto and asked security for video . Thinking about opening case in police but it’s to small theft . Simply we are very upset and gift for my wife’s friend’s children we need to buy one more time , and it was warm gift from my country ))) . Never use they services !!!!
